In 2022, FORTIFY was founded by a team with a single goal in mind: provide quality care that goes beyond just treating symptoms, but rather creates an experience towards a fully functioning and moving body. As an independently owned physical therapy practice, we focus on preventative treatment to help people improve their strength, endurance, and mobility in a pain-free manner. We believe that preventative care is key, and we aim to prevent small pains from turning into more chronic issues.
